What happens after I send this form?
You get a reply from a human within one business day, by email. If it looks like a fit we continue the consultation over email with the person who will do the work. If it does not, we will say so and point you somewhere more useful.
Who should write?
The executive director, comms lead or digital director who has to defend the work. Access to analytics helps. The most useful thing is a clear outcome: donations, volunteers, residents finding a program, or patient referrals.
Do you charge for the first consultation?
No. The first email consultation is free. Paid work starts at the audit stage, and you will have a written scope and price before anything begins.
