The situation
Maple Literacy Council runs programs in a dozen communities but competed with national databases and directories for every local search. Learners and volunteers couldn't tell that a real, local program existed near them.
What we did
We built a scalable local SEO system that made each community program discoverable without creating thin, duplicate pages.
